print and fax to 1-800-735-0419 within 24 hours of placing
your order. You do NOT need to submit your student
/ faculty ID or class schedule.

Once an online order is submitted via cadcampus.com you will receive an email
acknowledging your order.

Your order confirmation will confirm the total amount of your order, inclusive
of shipping, handling and appropriate state sales tax, as well as the method of
shipment.

Shipping & Handling
All Cadcampus.com orders will be charged a flat fee of $4.95 per order
for shipping and handling. This shipping fee applies to online, phone and mail
orders. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, unless special shipping
instructions have been indicated. To request overnight or 2nd day delivery
contact 1- 800-874-2383 Option 1. Additional charges will be added to
your order for overnight or 2nd day delivery.

Returns
Autodesk Press Student Version software can only be returned if defective, or
unopened. To request authorization to return product, and to have your account
properly credited please contact 1-800-874-2383 Option 1.
