Eligibility Requirements

Section 1: Qualifications I certify that I am a degree-seeking student or a
faculty member (as checked below) at the Institution stated, and I am
purchasing the Autodesk/DiscreetT Software for my own personal use for
education purposes only and not for commercial use.
Section 2: The Autodesk/Discreet Software License Agreement
I agree that if I open the
sealed software media pack, I will be bound by the terms and conditions of the
Autodesk/Discreet Software License Agreement included online or in the product
box. In particular, I understand that I cannot sell, transfer, modify, or copy
the Autodesk/Discreet Software. I agree that the software license I have
purchased is for education use only. Commercial use of this product will
immediately terminate my right to use the software. Though functionally
identical to software used by professionals, the educational version of
Autodesk/Discreet software may contain the following features that
differentiate it from the commercial version: education-specific hardware or
software lock, on-screen and printing features that identify the software as an
"educational version," and a limited term license.
Section 3: Upgrades and Education
to Commercial Transfers
Upgrade and Education to
Commercial transfer product eligibility and pricing information is available
through an Autodesk Education Reseller at www.autodesk.com/reseller. AutoCAD LT
and 120-day licenses are not upgradable. Education to Commercial transfers
apply to select two-year term licenses and select Discreet products only.
Section 5: Technical Support
Technical support is not available directly from Autodesk or Discreet. Basic
installation support for Autodesk Student Version Products is available from
Delmar Cengage Learning at 1-800-985-4794 or you can send an email to
tech.support@course.com. Additional online support resources are available at
Autodesk Online Support/Knowledge Base and
Autodesk Discussion Boards.
Autodesk Up & Ready Support
North and South America (including the Caribbean)
Product Support in English
You are entitled to 30 days of Up and Ready web and telephone support from your
date of Registration, in English, covering installation and configuration of
your new AutoCAD only Autodesk software.
The 30-day support program will automatically be set up in the name of the
person registering the product. This registering party will receive a system
notification to set up a login to access the support program.

time, excluding U.S. holidays.
Section 6: Parental Consent (to be signed by the parent or legal guardian-for
K-12 students only)
By opening the sealed software media pack, my dependent agrees to be bound by
the terms and conditions of the Autodesk/Discreet Software License Agreement.
In particular, I understand that under this Education Software License, my
dependent may not sell, transfer, modify, or copy the Autodesk/Discreet
Software. My dependent has purchased this software for education use only.
Commercial use of this Autodesk/Discreet Software license will immediately
terminate my dependent's right to use the software.
